Opera Mobile

I love this browser, I must say. Go to www.operamini.com to see the official stuff about it. It is very fast in my opinion. I have a LG CU500 on Cingular's network, and the Opera browser is faster than the built in browser. It lets you make quick bookmarks, which are viewable by pressing the * key, no matter what website you're on. I use it mostly to check my email or use mobile Facebook.

My Maps

A while ago Google Maps has started let you make your own "my maps." I've known about it for a while, but haven't really had a chance to play with it tell recently... Check out one I made called My Visits, it's pretty much everywhere that I've been on the planet! Well, kinda... The blue markers are places I've visited and stayed out for a little bit of time, the orange are cities where I've only been in the airports, and the green are places where I've lived during my lifetime.

As of Late

Yeah, so, the other day... well, a week ago, I went to the library to study for a few hours, and when I came home there was this little white box in front of our tv... and my brother and dad had little white remote/controllers in their hands... and they were trying to set up the internet on our new Nintendo Wii! Yeah, it pretty much is the bombdiggidy (spelling?). It comes with Wii Sports, which is awesome. It has tennis, bowling, golf, baseball, boxing... We've played that like non stop since we've gotten the machine. We've rented Excite Truck, which my brothers are out buying right now. My favorite game so far I think is Trauma Center: Second Opinion (pictured above). In that game you play an aspiring surgeon... quite fun. Well, I just heard my brothers return, so I think I'm going to go say hi...

Intro Post

Hey, I'm vaguely interested in technology news, so I figured I'd make a separate blog on such news articles. No, I don't consider myself a geek... just "Technologically literate." I'm hoping to start up blogging a lot more than I have been, so we'll see how this goes.
